ARE MINNESOTA GRAPES ANY GOOD?

Yes they are.  Many are just as good or better than those from France or California's Napa Valley.  The primary difference between quality MN grapes and others are the environment and soil the vines are grown in.  Grape variety, environment, and soil, all contribute to distinctions in flavor.  Even slight variations within the same geological areas can impact flavors.

Grape vines developed by the U of M are expected, by many, to revolutionize the grape industry.

WHAT MAKES MN GRAPES SO UNIQUE?

The University of Minnesota has developed some excellent, high quality varieties.  Cold weather hardiness is what sets our grapes apart from most.
